• Form submissions: Data entered into public forms for document generation.

• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, generation counts, and API calls for plan limit enforcement.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies necessary for authentication and session management.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service, including document generation, template management, and public form functionality.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send transactional emails (document download links, account notifications).
• Monitor usage against your plan limits.
• Improve the Service and fix issues.

We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

• Stripe: For payment processing.
• Google: When you use Google Sign-In, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

• Your templates are stored privately and accessible only to you and your team members.
• Generated documents are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
• Public form submissions generate documents on behalf of the template owner. Submitted data is processed for document generation and not retained beyond the generation job lifecycle.
• We do not access, review, or use the content of your templates or generated documents for any purpose other than providing the Service.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for:

• Session management: To keep you logged in.
• CSRF protection: To secure form submissions.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit.

The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
